“World’s Largest Pedalboard” Event

Radio personality Aljon Go and musician Jaux King are throwing a party to break last year’s record of the world’s largest pedal board while raising money and awareness for the National Kidney Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Core One Creative has donated over $1400.00 in connectors and bulk cable. Besides being a record breaking event, entertainment will take place throughout the evening, manufacturers in town for NAMM convention will be on hand to present their products, and Nashville guitarist, Stanton Adcock (Courtney Jaye/ Roman Candle), will be on hand to talk about his experience playing with Bullet Coil Cables, and what it was like to outfit his pedal board with Core X2 Connectors, which will also be on hand. The event will be held at The Rutledge, 410 4th Ave. South, Nashville on Thursday July 16th. Doors open at 6:00 PM
An Auction will begin at 7:00 PM.

It is believed that the low key Mike Watt has been responsible for the sound that has created the Alternative Rock sound that has been developed over the years by bands such as Nirvana and Pearl Jam and many other “followers”. As a part of our working relationship with artists, Mike met with Core One Creative at the Beach Cities Recording Studio in Torrance, CA to help us test Bullet Cable and Core X2 and give us his opinion about our cables.

I told Ann Summa that we wanted to glorify East LA and the low-rider car culture by doing ads taken in neighborhoods with people hanging out with their cars. Since modern car culture is reference to both Hot Rods and Low-Riders, we thought we would do the local of the two references and see where it could take us. Since all of our ads are about musicians living multi-activity existences (including music), we thought that cars worked into our customers’ multi-dimensional lives and it should be shot this way.

Paul Gilbert asked us to include him as a Bullet Cable endorsee when he approached us at Winter NAMM 2008. He had been using, and publicly decreeing coil cables as his choice beginning in December 2006 when he appeared with John Petrucci on the cover of Guitar One Magazine. This article tells the story about our response to finding out that a present day legend was showcasing one of our best selling cables.
