Core One Creative, Inc is currently accepting applications for a highly organized, motivated and dedicated office assistant.  The daily duties are broad and multi tasking is vital because this position is main support in small company.  The right applicant will not only meet the skill requirements but will be looking at this opportunity as a permanent career move. Duties to include:
Answer incoming phone lines, distribute mail, processes sales orders, perform basic A/R, A/P and bookkeeping duties, perform light shipping and receiving, maintain purchase requests for supplies and provide administrative support to the CEO and President.

Requirements:

-At least 3 years of relevant work experience in areas listed above
-MinimumTyping skill: 45 wpm
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal
-Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel required)
-Proficient in QuickBooks Pro
-Knowlege of processing shipments on FedEx and UPS online programs
-Knowlege of adobe pdf maker, photoshop, dreamweaver a plus!
-Flexibility and willingness to work over time when required
-Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
-Knowledge/love of the music industry a plus

This is a very active position that requires multiple sales support, some light warehouse dutues, and marketing duties that can be learned with a positive attitude. You must be able to handle customer service issues.

Duties to include:
Sales and marketing support, handle outgoing and incoming customer calls, internet activities such as: answering email, updating web site content and monitoring customer sites for service related issues, light shipping of orders, and may require some travel, sales at tradeshows.

-Type 45 wpm
-Working knowledge of Quickbooks Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. ACT program a plus

This is a wholesale position requiring strong customer relationship building skills. Applicant must have knowledge of musical accessories and fretted instruments. Experience in music accessories sales and working relationships with buyers is required.
