Core One Creative Bullet Cable and Core X2 Lifetime warranty:

Core One Creative, Inc. warrants its cables against any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic defects caused by use of the product.

Core One will repair or replace, at its option, any defective cable or connector.

This Warranty is exclusive for defective products and is solely for the benefit of the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accident, and solvents.

Modifications outside the original intended product will void the warranty that your cable comes with.

This warranty does not cover items that have been stolen or for theft replacement.

There are two methods to make claims under this warranty.

1.) Return the product to any authorized Bullet Cable/Core X2 dealer. If the dealer has the product in stock, ask for an immediate replacement.

If the product is not in stock, ask for a replacement.

We will send one to the dealer upon notification from that dealer. The dealer will notify you that your replacement has arrived.

2.) Mail your cable to the address provided below. We will test your cable, and if defective, will send you a replacement.

Core One Creative, Inc.
3545 Lomita Blvd., Suite E
Torrance, CA 90505

Inside your package, please include:
Your name

Your address

Email address

Your phone number

Best time to call

A brief description of the cable problem

If your cable does not test as defective, our tech will make recommendations as to other possible problems

and return the cable back to you at our cost.
