What is dual shielding?

Rating: +0

Positive Negative

Shielding keeps out noise from many sources including, and most importantly, radio and electronic frequency. Copper wires are wrapped so they will guard wires from picking up transference. For example, when a cell phone is close to a speaker you can hear the radio noise from the phone on the speaker. Cables if not shielded correctly will pick up noise from any source close especially pedals and effects.
